Hi Rosie,rnOverall the trip has been good. Just a few points to share with you.rn1. On arrival, you should look out for the queue to apply for Arrival Visa because otherwise you may join the Immigration queue... Not knowing there's another queue.rn2. Also, when the queue for residents entering Laos is finished, the foreigners can move over because the queues for foreigners tend to be very long.rnThe Hotel was very nice but improve in some areas.rn1. The AC in the room could be better, colder.rn2. The tea and coffee tray inside the room could be better and content must identify what they are.rnSome good points:rn1. The welcome drink and cold press was comforting.rn2. All the staff were very attentive and helpful.
