Day 1: Saigon After Dark – City Highlights – Night Jeep Adventure

Your evening adventure begins at approximately 6:00 PM with pickup from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Meet your female-led tour team and climb into the open-air Jeep before setting off to discover Saigon after sunset.

Start with an evening drive through some of the city’s most famous areas. Pass the vibrant Ben Thanh Market area and continue toward the beautiful Saigon Opera House before traveling along Nguyen Hue Walking Street, one of the city’s most popular evening gathering places.

As the city lights begin to illuminate the streets, your Jeep continues through the heart of Saigon. Enjoy the changing atmosphere from the comfort of the open-air vehicle while your guide introduces you to the history, architecture and nightlife of Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 1: Vietnamese Street Food – Bánh Xèo – Gỏi Cuốn

After exploring the city highlights, leave the main tourist streets behind and head toward one of Saigon’s famous food areas. Your female-led guide will introduce you to Vietnamese street food and explain the stories, ingredients and traditions behind the dishes you are about to taste.

Begin your food experience with Bánh Xèo, the famous Vietnamese crispy pancake, followed by Gỏi Cuốn, fresh Vietnamese spring rolls. Enjoy the dishes while learning how they are traditionally prepared and why they have become such popular parts of Vietnamese cuisine.

Day 1: Dessert – Durian – Live Acoustic Music
